Delete your STL account

Email privacy@stltechus.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Sending the request from that address is how we confirm it is you; if you cannot, we may ask you for something else that shows the account is yours. We will delete your account within 30 days of confirming the request and email you when it is done.

Deleting your account removes your profile — name, email address, phone number and any company name — along with your sign-in credentials and your student verification records. Your membership ends and does not renew. We keep payment and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and we keep the account identifiers those records depend on. We also keep feedback submitted through the Contact page — that form records only a message and a timestamp, so there is nothing in it to connect to your account.
